From packing to delivery, we want you to know what to expect and where your order is.
Where We Deliver
Glimtiq delivers across India and to international destinations available at checkout. If we cannot deliver to your address, we will contact you to arrange another delivery address or a refund.
Dispatch & Delivery
- We usually dispatch orders within 1–2 working days after they are placed.
- Delivery within India usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on the location.
- International delivery times vary by destination. Your estimated delivery time will be shown at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may change if a shipment is delayed.
Shipping Charges
- Prepaid orders within India: Free delivery.
- Cash on delivery (COD) within India: ₹80 delivery charge. COD is available where shown at checkout.
- International orders: Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.
Track Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, we will send the tracking details by email and message so you can follow its journey.
If Delivery Needs Another Try
If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incorrect or the recipient was unavailable for delivery, you may ask us to send it again. The new delivery charge will be payable by you before we reship it.
Delays & Delivery Concerns
- Weather, courier disruptions, local restrictions and customs checks may affect delivery times. Please contact us if your order is taking longer than expected; we will help you check its status.
- If tracking says “delivered” but you have not received the parcel, contact us within 48 hours of that update. We will investigate with the courier.
